Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, the wig must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Customized or altered wigs are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the return address.
3. Pack the wig securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be for the purchase price of the wig, excluding any shipping fees.
• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Due to hygiene reasons, wig caps, adhesive products, and accessories such as brushes and combs are non-returnable.
